It’s free from unnecessary toxins and filled with the good stuff. Like the easy vibes of chamomile, the stress-reducing properties of lemon balm and the ideal blend of relaxing essential oils. Use in your daily bedtime routine.

When to use

Reeeally little ones (1 - 6 months)

Apply a small amount to the soles of their (tiny and adorable) feet at bedtime. Gently massage. Always patch test first.

Little ones (6 months and over)

Rub a small amount onto your palms and apply to the back, chest and soles of the feet.


Apply to pulse points on wrists, temples and feet before bedtime.

Essential oils — including hero oil, lavender, for sleepy times

This product is packed into an infinitely recyclable (or even better, reusable) threaded aluminum tin. Our labels are un-glossed (plastic free, of course) paper that can be removed easily by covering with oil and rubbing free. If you don't plan on reusing the tin, please pop it into your curbside recycling.
